When we got the call that a birthday celebration was needed for Win, just four days before party time, we didn’t hit the brakes. We hit the gas. 🏁✨
For Ciara and Russell Wilson’s youngest, Win, turning 5 meant one thing: speed, style, and Hot Wheels thrills. With less than a week to plan, the Fancy Chancey team jumped into full coordination mode, working around the clock to design, source, and install an epic celebration for one very cool birthday boy.

Our starting line? Hot Wheels, of course. From the swag bags to the favors, every detail revved with signature blue, orange, and chrome. Hot Wheels provided epic gear for each guest, while we custom-coordinated decor and interactive moments to match.

We knew we had to go big, so we called in Kids Car Cub LA for the most epic kids car track. Real driveable cars zoomed through a full track setup, giving guests a moment behind the wheel that they’ll never forget. One lap wasn’t enough, and honestly, we get it.

The cake? Moochie Pops nailed it again, a playful, perfectly themed cake that matched the backdrop to a T. Each guest left with a goody bag packed with a mini Hot Wheels track, custom coloring books, Lego kits, and more, a dream for every little speedster.

Because one bounce house just wasn’t enough for Win’s big 5th, we brought in two from Kids Car Club LA. It was the perfect high-energy ending to a party that had it all: movement, magic, and memory-making mayhem.
Pulling this off in just under 4 days was a true team effort. From custom printing to vendor coordination to full event install, Fancy Chancey handled every detail so this celebration felt like it had been in the works for weeks. Because when birthdays call… we answer, with glitter glue, balloons, and a whole lot of hustle.
